• Phase Alfa : Building the Foundation (February-April)
During the initial phase, we’ll focus on refining our app and expanding the fleet of our first rentaMOBI location in Miami Beach, Florida. This includes upgrading our app’s user interface, adding new functionalities like personalized trip planning, and enhancing backend systems for a smoother experience, working on rewarding loyalty offerings for our supporters. Simultaneously, we’ll secure partnerships with local providers to expand our fleet and implement a rigorous and enhanced partner cooperation mechanism built on our proprietary Partner Growth & Continuous Refinement Program.
• Phase Beta : Expanding Locations (April-March)
Hooray! Our first batch of rewards will be delivered to our early bird supporters. We will continue building on our successful launch in Miami Beach, and we’ll begin adding new destinations across the U.S. and Europe, targeting iconic travel hotspots, like Norway, Iceland, Portugal, Morocco, and Italy. This phase will also see the testing and integration of eco-friendly vehicle options to align with sustainable travel practices, ensuring adventure with a purpose.
• Phase Gamma : Going Global (March-September)
In the final phase, we’ll be cheering for all of our supporters who by now are already enjoying and exploring their memberships and perks. A great start to the beginning of expansion of our reach to key destinations across Asia, South America, and beyond, making rentaMOBI a global hub for road trips and exploration. By year’s end, our vision is a seamless, worldwide network that empowers adventurers to explore anywhere, anytime.
